“Transparency in services is crucial, and unfortunately, that was lacking in my experience. I paid for a premium $525 package, but I was informed afterward that certain services were deemed unnecessary for my car and replaced with others. While the car was generally clean, it did not seem much different than what I could have gotten from a standard $150 cleaning service. Several areas were missed, including my mufflers, and despite paying for the Titanium package—which promised a clay prep, compounding, and buffing of the paint—I was left with visible issues like hard water stains that were not addressed. I expected a much cleaner and spotless car overall. While the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable, there were too many discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. It was a lesson learned, and I would not choose to use this service again.”
