“We called to have an odor removed from my car that happened the day prior when my husband went to the dump. The kid that came over did a fine job and when he left it smelled fine. However, the odor cleaner and deodorant is starting to wear off and the stinky dump smell is coming back so, although I don't believe it was the fault of the young man that serviced our vehicle, we still have the odor and i am wondering if you could try again to get the smell out. In addition, when I tried to use your chat session, my respondent was really taking a long time to answer. My guess is that they are either working many accounts at the same time, or the keep a session open to look like they are responding while maybe on the side they are reading their phones. ”
