“The interior is not clean, the smell is not gone and I contacted the detailer directly to allow him the opportunity to make it right, he said he would come to redo the interior with the proper deodorizer (which he didn't have with him the first time even though the comments in my order clearly stated my main concern was smell). He seemed very pleasant and willing to come back again and we agreed on him returning on Wednesday 2/3, he never showed up, never contacted me, never responded to my contact attempts. My mother stayed home the ENTIRE day, waiting for him. I am an easygoing and friendly person but I do expect good service that I've paid for. I even initially gave him an $11 dollar tip as a thank you for coming out to help me, even though I NEVER got a call from him to notify me of the time he would be coming as your confirmation email indicated I would. I charged a total of $110.00 on my card for this service that was not done, I am displeased and unsatisfied. Please refund me.”
