“When i made my appointment i was VERY SPECIFIC in saying DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 7:15am. The crew arrived before 7:00am! Unacceptable! This appointment was to include a clay bar service but this was never done. Also the engine compartment was never degreased or detailed. Inside the vehicle the center console was left untouched and i had to go in afterward. As for the windows/glass, they are covered in smears of car wax to the point that i couldnt even back the car into my garage. This service is TERRIBLE. I expected WAY more for the premium price of $339.00 that I paid. ”
