“The wheels were not cleaned. The engine bay was not cleaned nor was the truck bed as requested. ”

“I paid nearly $500 for a complete detailing job. The men were wonderful but none of the interior was shampooed. I have several new scratches on my trunk. No care was taken to wax or color correct as the website claims should happen for this clean. I’m deeply disappointed.
We were extremely kind to the two men and provided ice water for them. One gentleman even came in and sat in the air conditioning for a few minutes.
So to now realize that my kindness was taken advantage of, I’m really upset.
I gave the men $50 each for a tip. I should have inspected the car more thoroughly before they left. That’s on me.
I expect a refund of the difference of what I paid for and what I actually got.
To make it simple, I would accept a refund of $200.”

“The tech did a fantastic job. I did not know his name. I had an email early on 9/5 to say the tech would be there at 10 AM. At 10 AM. I received a text to say the Tech would be there at 11.
At 11 AM I received a text to say tech would be there at 11:45.
These texts kept my whole morning tied up. I wish in the morning the text could have said will be there at noon rather than tying me up all morning”
