“3. Chris was great!! Dis a good job on the van. One complaint, your site said that the headlights would be restored. He said that they needed more specialized service to them therefore they were not touched. Communication between the person doing the job on site and your leads service should be more streamlined. As a business owner myself, this needs to be fixed. Can you have someone come clean my headlights?”

“1. He didn't touch the back seats of my car. He only vacuumed my trunk when I reminded him. He did not shampoo my trunk and I don't think he shampooed the car. He did not touch the engine compartment. These were all included in the package I purchased.”
