“the person that cleaned our car left a significant indentation on our bumper - looks like he dropped the tool meant to buff out some scratches. We were sent a email stating that our final bill would be $229, but the guy that cleaned our car said he needed to add on 20 dollars for transportation costs and add on another 20 dollars for tax, the total was $40 over our final bill quote. For a company that only comes door to door, this should have be included in the "final fee" that I received for the platinum package. We sent this "nearly cleaned" car back to the dealership (we were leasing) and we got dinged (financially) big-time for the indentation in the bumper left by your associate. We will not recommend your company and we would certainly not use your service again, You guys wound up costing us a lot of money.”
