“Nice job overall but there were a few things that I thought could have been done a little better. First was the headlights. The techs said clear coat was used on them and they didn't have their sander to buff them out. I was told to go buy some 1500 grade sandpaper and do them myself. Second the rear view mirror had a lot of grime on it that wasn't cleaned. It looked like it was just over looked. Again. I think they did a good job but I don't have time to detail my car. That is why I asked you to do it for me. Thanks. Phil Kellar ”

“I will start by saying I really liked the guy. He was Polite, on time, prepared. With that said, I am disappointed. I don't want to go bullet by bullet on what I supposed to get versus what I got, so here are the big things. Carpets, seats were not deep cleaned, they were spot cleaned. I showed him very obvious spots that needs addressing and they still need to be addressed. All windows were streaked, windshield is only half done, driver side rear view mirror not done. There were several spots where the spray wax needed to be wiped off which I did after. I knew the job wasn't complete, but I didn't want to keep pointed out areas because I felt bad for him, and I was disappointed I had to. I just decided to let him go. The truck is clean, and many things look good, but just not detailed. I still need a deep clean on seats and carpet. I don't know what ur company does when this happens, but I don't want to have him come back to address. He tried, just didn't do the job as advertised.”
