“Reminder text. Technician called to tell me he was on his way. Arrived on time. ”

“2 vehicles were cleaned at the same appointment. . The 2nd vehicle dodge ram didn't get as much attention there were a lot of places that were not vacuumed line under the back seat, center console was not touched, door jams not wiped out. On the Ford explorer the back hatch was not wiped down places on the dash and windshield were missed and passenger seat was not wiped down well i had yo finish cleaning it. Carpets were cleaned well on both vehicles”

“A couple spots missed on the exterior. The main issue is that any small items in the car such as pencils,coins, tiny pieces of paper (that should fit easily up a vacuum hose were blown onto the driveway and left there. A mechanical pencil was missing. A piece of a decorative flower is missing. And what really upsests me is that the covers for the 12 volt plugins were broken off and just left sitting on the floor. I cannot put them back on because the connector is twisted due to the pressure at which they were blown off. Please contact me to let me know how you intend to resolve this.

“I wouldve given a 5 but they didnt notice the stains on the roof and i had to point it out to them at the end and then they cleaned it fine.
