“The quality of the detailing service was very good. Your company as a value added service provider was disappointing. You contacted me the night before asking if earlier in the daywould be ok. I said yes but it did not happen. Regardless of why, my contact was with you so it was your responsibility to make sure that the provider was here. You dropped the ball.”
