“My car was dirty to begin with and the associate worked really hard to get it cleaned for approx 3.5 hours. It looked so much better, however, there were several items I had to ask him to go back and take care of. He quickly addressed the items to the best of his ability. I worked with him on a few items that I was not sure if they could be cleaned better. Overall I was pleased and the car looked much better. I ended up working on my car another 1.5 hours to get the detail items that I felt were too picky to ask of the associate since he has already worked so long on it.
