“I originally had an appointment scheduled at 11:30am however, I got in early (9am) and dropped off my keys requesting that my vehicle just get the basic service by the end of the day.
My car was the last car finished around 7pm, which is fine, however it was not "clean." Even in the dark I could tell there were still watermarks from rain and dirt on the outside of the car. The dashboard inside had not been wiped and the front mat had not been taken out and shaken/vacuumed.
I would definitely not suggest this service to anyone. My car was around for 10 hours, it looked like it had about 10-15 minutes worth of cleaning done to it and it cost me about $40.”

“I dropped my car off at 10am, they asked when I needed it back, and I replied at 5pm. I didn’t get a call by 530, so I went out and checked on the status. They said another hour.
They finally texted me at 7pm, and when I went out, I could see (even in the dark) they had missed some spots. They rectified that, and said they’d be back next week to redo anything that we (customers who picked up after dark) were unhappy about.
I noticed the next day (in the light), that none of the windows were cleaned, and despite ordering a package that included it, the engine compartment had not been wiped down.
The interior was all done correctly, so I suspect this was just a case of them working in the dark.

“There were things that we noticed were not completed after they left. Many things were not completed that were listed as part of the interior detail package. Will not be using this service again.”
