“The car is very clean and the technician was great, but the scheduling was awful. I had a 2PM appt 7/16 that got cancelled at the last minute and rescheduled to 8AM on 7/17, which also got rescheduled to 1030AM. I really needed this car clean as soon as possible to drive my family to my father's funeral, and the scheduling here was a headache that I absolutely did not need. However, please don't take it out on the technician - he did a great job.”
