“The young man was very nice and did a good with the basics but the details were missing. Some of the windows were not clean along with the side view mirrors. Some spots, which require a little elbow grease to buff out, were missed. The basics were done but I was not WOWED. ”

“The tech was nice enough but with such minor scratches (surface) we really thought they'd be buffed out. They weren't able to all be, really surface ones were to our liking. But the main reason for using you was for scratch removal. I think techs should be able to say whether buffing will work before starting. Otherwise it kinda looks fishy because we can get the car detailed just as well at any good car wash ”
