“a) Technician was late and did not call…I had to call him b) I paid for the Gold Detailing Package which indicates applying high quality wax by hand. The tech used a spray wax which is indicated on the Silver Detailing Package which is much cheaper. Not what I wanted or paid for. c) Your web page indicates this service should take 2 – 2.5 hours depending on condition…the tech took a little over 1 hour to complete. Again, no hand wax or detail to cleaning. d) On a scale of 1-5 (1-poor 5 excellent), I would rate the exterior a 2. Rear window and windshield contained water spots, no wheel dressing was used, dressing was not applied to all plastic exterior parts. I had to re-wax the front to remove bugs and re-clean my windows. e) Same scale as above, the interior also a 2. The console was not wiped down or cleaned, leather surfaces were wiped down but no conditioner used. Needless to say this detail did not meet my expectations for the price I paid.”

“I am not one to make a big deal as it wastes even more time. Which is why I never acted on the policy guarantee. So since you are asking my opinion I will give it. The $200. 00 dollars I spent to have the car detailed was in fact simply not the case, Was it washed and cleaned down? Yes detailed absolutely not the case. My car was in clean condition as it is fairly new however there was that luster I felt it was missing so all the reading in your ad of the waxing and use of claybar, plastics dressing, engine wiped down ect, was what sold me. In the end I wound up buying detailing wax spray and did an over haul after the fact finding many missed spots. Also they used a rag on my windshield that left smudge. I honestly do not believe they applied the head light cleaner nor did a deep clean on my seats! A good vacuum maybe. I gave it 2.5 because the job was half of what I expected the 5 which would be 100% was what I spent 200 to try to achieve. Respectfully Alex Gonzalez”
