“The service technician worked alone, but did both cars in 3-1/2 hours. He was very thorough, friendly, polite. In all, he did a great job on our 2003 Prius and 2007 Chrysler 300. They both look like new. My only confusion is that I was charger $324 (that's what the receipt shows) but the estimate shows $318 for the two cars. No big deal - the cars look fantastic.”

“Overall he did a great job. I had to leave for doctor appt before he was done due to emergency. I wasn't back in time to see the end result. I could still see spots on the windows and some streaking on my leather seats. Overall for almost a $400 job I expected interior to look a little better but I admit I'm very picky.”

“Price paid ($399 for an Acura MDX!!!) was absolutely not worth the level of cleaning received when compared to any other detailing service available in the area. The technician was friendly, and when afterwards I pointed out the missed food and canisters left under the seats and the visible dirt on the leather door interior and headrest, he was fine with cleaning them and fixing the omission. However, it would have been easier to swallow knowing the price wasn't so excessive when compared with any other local retailer. I asked if he had any coupons available, which he did not. It wasn't until later after calling to express my concern over the value of service with the owner of the company that I found out he was in fact the independent owner and operator of that mobile unit. Knowing that, and knowing that I was dissatisfied with what I got for what I paid (I was upfront with him in my concerns), I am even more disappointed. I will not recommend them or use their services again.”

“you know i was watching from inside my home and i didnt see them use a clay bar when i asked them i was told they used it when washing the car but if that was the case wouldnt that push dirt and other materials into the paint ? you are washing the car to get the dirt and other materials off the car so i was just thinking wouldnt using the clay bar when washing the car grind the dirt into the paint? i am just inquiring The car came out looking very nice will use your co. again we r using u again for my daughters car we have an edge that will be done and my sister in a couple of months have a nice day ”
