“I'm extremely disappointed considering what I paid. It said it would take about 3 hrs depending on the condition and # of techs & there was only 1 tech, my truck was dirty & it took less than 2 hrs. I must say the service tech was very nice, but there were a lot things either missed or done incompletely. I had to point out several compartments that were missed & the head liner hadn't been spot cleaned. Saw later that he missed cleaning my center console. The exterior front window didn't look like it was cleaned. He didn't have water so he used waterless products which didn't seem to work that well & he was unable to clean my rubber floor mats which are still dirty & full of sand. I think the wheels could've been cleaned better, Trunk seal & not all door jambs were cleaned completely, Never did the engine compartment wipe-down, I don't feel my leather seats were cleaned all the way because some are still dirty, seat belt buckles are dirty & the vacuum job wasn't great.”
