“The appointment was set for 10am-12pm arrival; however, they actually arrived at 9:25am. Luckily, I had just returned. Also, they requested electricity and I had stated in the online app there was none. However, despite those two things, the men were polite and efficient and my vehicle looks great. ”

“ The technician left some sticky substance on the driver side back door. I was able to rub the majority of it off with my finger after he left. So I think it was just a lack of trying, not a difficulty of task problem.
The trunk also was not shampooed at all. It also seem like there were spots on the driver seat they had not been shampooed. The seatbelts were not cleaned either.
I'm sorry but I'm very unhappy with the overall job. :-(
