“The work completed was well done, however - the website asked if I had excessive pet hair. I answered "yes", and upon arrival was told the job would be an extra $40. $40!! I already paid up from the $80 service because it said heavy soil should not use the base service. If the extra charge is going to be so significant, customers should be warned in advance of how significant the extra charge may be.”
