“An Absolutely Outstanding Job! Mr. James Anderson's title as a Master Detailer is 100% correct. He was very meticulous and determined in his efforts to make sure I was completely satisfied. The interior of my BMW X3 was restored to look as if I just brought it from the dealer. I also appreciated how informative James was during his presentation after making an honest assessment of the work needing to be done. I can honestly say, his knowledge and experience is surely manifested in his hard work. I am extremely happy with the service I was provided and look forward to future servicing!

“ I saw dust on the entire dashboard, and I let my service provider now, but it just shows me that the dashboard wasn't clean if dust was still on it after the service was completed. So technically the dashboard wasn't clean, and still isn't clean, he just took a microfiber towel and wipe the dust off. After having my car out there for 2.5 hours, I just say whatever. ”
