“There were pieces of the towel or cloth he used on my dashboard still there after. He said there was tar on the rear drive side of my bumper that he said he couldn't get off but I was able to scrape off with my fingernail afterwards. This upset me because it could have been cleaned off with the wash. He did remove some chocolate off of my seat and that was nice and the rims were cleaned well.”

“I ended needing to vacuum, wipe surfaces, and clean carpet after the detail was complete. It's as if he just focused on cleaning the seats, dashboard, trunk, and cleaning the all weather car mats. The floors, the interior doors, and other surfaces (vents, entire center console we just not touched. He showed me one section of the car once he was done (the front passenger seat) that was ok but it's the least used part of the car which normally has 2 kids in the back seat. I'd try yours again but will inspect the entire job before tipping the guy or allowing him to leave.”
