“I was charged for the titanium exterior service and did not receive half of the services that apply to the exterior titanium list. Basically they washed and waxed the car and left. I put in a grievance with photo's showing the lack of service. It was basically a robbery. Headlights still foggy surface scratches not compounded rims still had dirt on them.”
