“I received a notification that my service was complete before it was actually completed - the basic car wash took another hour or so from the time I received the notification. I selected cash payment but my card was still charged for the service. Fortunately, the error was corrected promptly when I called in to ask about the credit card charge. ”

“He did a decent job but I don’t feel I got what I paid for. He was done in 1-1/2 hours and I had to ask to have trunk cleaned. He didn’t think it was part of pkg so I wonder what else wasn’t done. Windshield still had bugs on it. I ended up redoing stuff after he left”

“The person arrived at 1:10pm where the window of arrival was for 10 - 12:00. There was no call to us re the late arrival. We were not happy with the fact that the car was not rinsed off after the wash. The dirt was dried with towel before a liquid wax was applied. There was no attention to dirt that needed extra attention and no buffing. The person doing the work did not know the name of the wax that was being applied. He did not detail the exterior plastic around the windows. When we brought this to his attention, he said it was not included and would cost extra. We showed him the Gold package items that were included on an ipad. He then did the area around the windows. The estimated time for work on the website said between 2 - 2.5 hours for the package. This was one person who did the work on my car, taking at most 1.5 hours. We felt that the service was not worth the cost and the hassle.”
