“The young man was super professional honest and nice person. He was eager to please but I️ appreciated it. His work was very good but I️ expected great. I️ walked around the car and saw too many dirt spots that he tried to explain as paint flaws that were not. If he had washed to entire car with a water supply instead of bottle limited water may have been much better. There were many wax swirls I️ could see that he didn’t. I️ had to point out too many areas that weren’t ready or complete. Technique perhaps is the issue. He was good. I️ am looking for a seasoned person who does it without being pointed out as missed spots. I️ had many valuables in my car and he didn’t move or touch them so I respect his honesty and would give him another shot but I️ am expecting better technique. Honestly ”

“Terrible, the guy worked alone it was hot and I know the feeling but he completely missed the screens, cup holders and doors. He also uses armorall everywhere we specifically told you guys not to use it(tires and interior)”
