“Car was well cleaned. Crew was nice, but they soaked my rugs. I mentioned they were too wet and were not going to dry any time soon.. Was told they’d be dry by 2PM. Still soaking wet and dripping at 6:30PM”

“Phillip showed up on time and did a wonderful job. My only complaint is with your CS. My price showed up as 79 for my area for my Fiat. I also emailed about it. It was my first time. 90 for my little SUV is overpriced. I was willing to pay but will not use your services again. CS is important. The girl I spoke to was the company is always right. Wrong.”

“Detailer's equipment was second rate, though his individual effort was acceptable. Interior detail was good, but finer points like vent louvers and drying carpets completely was not professional. Exterior was no better than a good car wash. Wheels were not cleaned in the groves, and wheel wells were still dirty. I cant tell that exterior paste waxing was done, only spritzer wax.”
