“I have scheduled car detailing 4 Times. The first time, the technician was more than an hour late. The second time, the technician cancelled the morning of. The third time, the technician was running so late that they cancelled because it would be dark by the time they arrived. Finally yesterday, my window was 10am-12pm. By 1:30, I hadn’t heard anything, so I called. My technician finally arrived at 3:30. Completely unacceptable. No one has ever tried to ‘make it right.’ The technicians do a nice job, but it is worth the aggravation? Not next time. ”
