“Good experience but thought the work could have been better pin the inside...”

“The car is much cleaner than it was but did not meet the expectations of a $400 professional cleaning. The seats were not removed (trash was found under one). There’s still a stain in the back (I paid especially for the interior to be cleaned twice and I suspect that was not done). The technician was friendly and cordial. ”

“Because the Techs were very late to arrive on Mother's Day, I had to leave them with my car to clean it without me checking to make sure they were doing the job properly. When I retuned home, the car was supposedly complete but it was far from what I expected, especially since the service was the Platinum package. I asked them to make sure they got as much as they could clean because there was a lot of junk between the front seats and the center console. Unfortunately, they left quite a bit of stuff that they could have gotten out if they had taken the time to do so. The exterior of my vehicle was somewhat clean, however there were a few water drip marks and the wheels had quite a bit a break dust still on them. I told the tech to make sure he shined (Armor All) the black molding on and under the doors, but he did not do that and the bottom molding was not even wiped clean.”
