“Anthony arrived 1 hour late. He did work very hard and completed the work just before I had to leave for an appointment, He was very courteous and polite, The carpets especially were heavily stained, and he was able to get the worst of the stains out. If he had had more time, he might have been able to do more. It is probable that it had never been detailed before. There was still some grime on the back panel vent, and the seat belts didn't appear to have been cleaned. We are not sure the vents were cleaned - it would have been good to have a checklist to go over with him. but I was in a hurry to leave.”
