“The main reason for the low score is I don't think I got everything I paid for. Your technician showed up in a car with equipment stuff in the back truck area. Then ask for the keys to my vehicle and took it to a local car wash to wash it. I'm not sure if my car got hand wax from bumper to bumper and the engine bay was not touched. (I can send picture to prove it.. Also, it took your technician roughly 1..5 hours to complete the task to include driving to the local car wash. I would greatly appreciate if your management would give me a call to talk about compensation or sending someone different to finish the job I paid for. My number is 301-481-4941.. By the way, I have another vehicle (2008 Honda Accord) being service RIGHT NOW by one of your technician. The service is like night and day from your last technician. “They did not put water hose back around bucket it was wrapped around. They just left it in garage floor. Took mr 15 mins to put hose back around container and away neatly, the way they found it. Otherwise, great job. Car has not looked that well in a very long time. ”

“Raymond was the tech that we had for today. He impressed us by being an hour early which worked out just great with us. We had two vans and a box truck that had never been washed in the 10 years that I have been working with them and just watching the dirt come off the van from when Raymond was pre-treating the vans and the truck was good. Raymond worked very hard and finished by lunch was impressive. My vans and my truck looked like brand new! I have been in Customer Service groups for over 30 years and Raymond was very customer orientated. He was very professional and did his job like it was his own car. I have had several people come up and ask for his name and number for other work. Great job Raymond!! ”
