“Ray did a great job!! The van was extremely dirty on the inside and it looks great now. Ray was on time, polite and friendly. The only problem I have with the service is I asked Ray to put the car seats back in the van and ensure they were secured. This was not done and I’m no expert on installing them. ”

“The technician did a great job, and he was very pleasant. But I waited for him all day. My appt was between 10a-1p. Around 11:30 w, & waitas told he’d be here at 1. At 2 I called to see what happened and I was told 2:15. Then I got a text saying 2:30. He arrived at 3. I had to cancel an appt this afternoon to wait...”

“I would give a 5 as far as how it looks, which is great! However, there is one problem. The electric mechanism on the passenger side seat will now not raise or lower the back/front/entire seat. It will move the seat forward & backward, as well as the seat back forward & backward. But not the whole seat up & down. I showed this to Nick.
It was working before the cleaning. And it was clear that he had raised both this seat and the drivers seat up in order to gain better access underneath the seat to clean. Both were in a raised position when I inspected the vehicle after the cleaning, and not normally where I keep them.
I'm not sure if the cleaning solvent or cleaning action caused this, but something happened.
Please advise on how this can be addressed.
