“The exterior was done quite well. Upon more thorough inspection of the interior, it was clear that they did not thoroughly clean the interior. My car is kept pretty clean with biweekly details and there were many areas that this detailer misssed. Mainly the cup holders, front console and the seats. For the cost of the detail, I expected the job to be more detailed. I was disappointed with the interior job and had hoped for a better result. I will most likely not use this company again.”

“My only criticism was thT we received a text stating the tech was due to arrive at noon. At 1230 when he still had not arrived I had to send a message asking where he was. I understand that things may have delayed him. I would just suggest that if this does happen to reach out to the client and make them aware. As far as the results of how the car came out we couldn't be happier. ”
