“They arrived over 30 minutes late, sat in the car talking on the phone when arrived for about 5-10 minutes , did not clean the middle compartment and the interior windows were dirty after they claimed they cleaned them, I checked the trunk and it was dirty so when asked they checked the list and realized they needed too and then cleaned it , door jams were still dirty and when asked they said that they don’t think it’s part of interior cleaning package. Nice guys, but they were very unprofessional and did not know what they needed to do. I saw good reviews for this company of services and I was highly disappointed and honestly felt like a waste of money. ”

“I emailed customer service on June 6th about the problems I had, asking for a response and resolution. No one ever responded. Please see the email and fix it. Next I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.”
