“Tech was an hour late. He was not thorough with the cleaning and I had to point out several areas to clean/wipe down. He finished 2 cars in less that an hour, which doesn’t make sense based on what the website estimated it would take.
I know they calculated “man time” but I’m not sure if bringing a 12 yr old child to help counts as a second set of hands to get cars done quicker. All the leather was wiped down, but so heavily there’s a residue/film on EVERYTHING. The windows also were left with a foggy film that I now need to go back and wipe down myself. Vacuuming wasn’t done properly, as side cubby’s were missed and areas were left with debris and small pieces of trash. I feel like I could have gone to any regular Hand car wash and asked for the premium wash and gotten the same service for about 50$ a car, I’m just glad I didn’t select an even higher priced package or I would have been so bugged. Lesson learned. ”

The communications with their dispatcher was a little awkward. It was hopefully a fluke. In their defense they were very easy to work with to reschedule. ”

“The chrome finish around the push to start button is damaged/peeling away, prob from the cleaning solution.. Didn’t notice until after the cleaning. Also, noticed a scratch on the speedometer pane.”
