“I feel this is a hard time for everyone, but to be honest I feel that I made a mistake when I got my interior clean.
Let me begin by saying I paid 150$ plus 25$ tip. The outside for the most part was immaculate. Although the technician missed a few spots... I was so happy with the outside. The inside... not so much. My car for the most part was clean. I wanted to have my seats shampoo and my car steamed. Unfortunately for the amount of money I spent I could have just did it myself as the outcome may have been the same. It was clearly rushed and I had to address several things. I could tell that I was offending and upsetting my technician so I just tipped him and went on my way. I decided to address the issues myself. the techs vacuum broke and my vents and seat not that great and couldn’t get steam and my dash and other things needed to be addressed. Great tech but I’ll never use this service again. Sorry”

“Not satisfied at all. Armor streaks and spots on all interior plastic plus leather seats. I dont think clay bar was done as surface is not smooth. Took about 1 hour and a half to do a ford expedition. Way to fast for a truck this size. Not happy at all. Purchased the gold package. ”

“They did a great job. As good as the best I have had in the past. Somehow the car locked up and the wheel, ignition and shifter would not move. Looked in the manual - no help. Called dealer and kid told me It would have to towed. After stewing awhile I called a different dealer and she told m. e to turn wheel one way and push hard and try ignition. IT WORKED. So not the fault of the detailer. Probably won't use you again however, because the price is Way TOO HIGH. Pretty sure I can do better next year.
