“Overall the car looks good I thought I was getting a hand wax job and not a spray wax job so I think that needs to be put in detail for the platinum package. Also my headliner was not cleaned and there is free standing water in the engine bay. The platinum package states headliner which wasn't done and a spray wax was used. The detailer tried to convince me that a spray wax was better but I know the difference and was at work so I didn't have time to argue. He also stated he clay bar the car and that was not used as well ”
