“I was not satisfied because I did not receive the service that I thought would be provided. I did not receive a wax job, nor was my engine cleaned out. I also requested to have mmt car sanitized, mentioned it to the tech and he had no idea what I wad talking about. I was asked if water and electricity would be available and I stated that it was not; the tech arrived unprepared and had to take my car to Quick Quack to wash and vacuum. My trunk had not been cleaned out so he had to take the car back to the Quick Quack. I did not pay for the extra sanitizing job but my gas was used for thus job. I am not satisfied!”
