“Sloppy mistakes were made. Despite being told all surfaces would be wiped down and appropriately treated, they were not. My windows are all very streaky near the top. My front windshield does not appear to have even been wiped down. My rear view mirror is speckled with water marks, like it got sprayed but not wiped clean. There is paint on the outside of my front passenger window that should have easily washed off during the basic exterior wash. It is still there. Even though I emptied my glove box, it was not cleaned out at all, it still contains dust particles and a couple of stray bobby-pins. I am also missing absolutely everything that was in my car and not attached. What the literal heck? I am sending a detailed complaint to customer service. ”
