“Timing- 2 hr delay. There should’ve been another option for another tech to be sent out. Better communication between customer, company & tech. The quality was poor & rushed. The back of my driver & passenger seat have dirt & watermarks when the actual problem area was the floor board behind the driver seat & the front of the passenger seat. ”

“The gentlemen were courteous and the job was done quickly. They were able to remove most, but not all of the tree sap. However, after they left I noticed some paint was removed from the front passenger side door handle. Sure wish I would have noticed that before they left. ”
