“Many interior surfaces still had some armorall-type fluid on them, including parts of the radio and frequently touched surfaces of the steering wheel (such as radio and cruise control areas. They should have been wiped dry. I will not leave a negative public review (ie social media or internet) but I won’t use the service again. Lesson learned: I should have inspected the car before paying and tipping the technician. ”

“Unfortunately, he finished right before it started pouring rain so I didn't really get to inspect it as I wanted so when I looked later there were a lot of issues. There were still many places that had dirt marks on the doors and dash from feet. One of the cup holders had gunk stuck in it that I had to clean. He was on his phone the whole time, I could hear him through the window, which may have prevented him from doing a thorough job. I feel like I paid a lot of money for a poor job when I need the car inspected for lease-end tomorrow. But it is what it is. And I did already tip in person. I don't like to give bad reviews but it is the truth.”
