“I think the guy himself who cleaned was great but after seeing things dry up a bit better I gotta say im a bit disappointed. The car is in better shape than it was initially (which it wasn't that bad to begin with) but it didn't get cleaned to the extent I imagined it would've been. I've seen cars that looked like hell and when detailed was in better condition than mine right now. I'd say my car went from a 6/10 to a 8/10.
Some cupholders still had residue in them. The E-brake still had some dirt around it. The seats still had some stains, though most came out. Back of the front seats weren't cleaned. I noticed that after the technician left. Around the door jam areas still had dirt around it. I don't believe the surface was clay prepped. Overall, a disappointing service. ”
