“Very poor, in fact ridiculous customer service. Unprofessional behavior to say the least. Messed up the car, made the floor mats dangerously slippery, and when informed about the same, showed no regard or respect whatsoever for the customer or customer’s safety. Messed up the wipers and denied it by lying outrightly.
Once they get the money and leave, then, thats it!
People are better off going to big dealerships and paying extra for a detail job. Even if anything is not satisfactory, the dealerships take responsibility and genuinely correct it for you.
Advise for all- choosing small businesses for your needs is good, but be very careful as there are companies like this out there who only care for $$$, with no Morals, no Principles, no Ethics!
And they think they will get away with it.”
