“The gentleman was very nice and polite. When he said he was finished, I was a bit concerned with the lack of attention to the interior. Until I put the convertible top down, it was apparent it hadn’t even been wiped down. I showed him what I wanted and he took care of the obvious areas. The front interior windshield was never cleaned at all. I am disappointed. Again, the young man was very nice, I get the feeling with a bit more guidance he will understand better the expectations of your clients ”

Did not roll windows down to clean the whole window there is a stripe of dingy along top of all windows.
The mats are very slick.”

“Last time I had a cleaning, it was amazing this time the person did not vacuum out the pockets behind my front seats and I didn't realize till day later none of my windows were cleaned on the inside. I paid $291 plus a $40 tip. I think the inside of my car should've been impeccable, he was there for two hours which I think would be fine. The last guy was there for five. ”
