“You should get someone to train these young men about what clean really is. After they were "finished" I went out and worked with them for more than 30 minutes to remove all the tar and residue that was left on the exterior of the car. Detailing means cleaning all the details that an ordinary car wash cannot remove.”

“I don't feel I got my money's worth. I was not there but my in laws were, and they said he was only there for 1.5 hours. The floor mats which are weather tech were not clean and my father in law said something so they were recleaned, but theywere not dressed. The door panel on the driver side was not well cleaned.”
