“Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. When they showed up they had no power from the generator so while I was at work I had to run around the outside of the building looking for a power source. After finally finding one he could start. Upon completion I paid cash I was told he didn't have a receipt to give me but he would have his supervisor email me one, I never got it. This morning was the first time I've been able to see the car in the sunshine due to darkness and inclement weather. Needless to say I'm not happy, there are obvious swirls in my paint from the buffing, left over product on the paint in many areas that could have been easily polished with just a cloth, the windows were cleaned poorly with spots missed and swirls from not removing the window cleaner properly. For spending $339.00 on your best package I am very disappointed bordering on angry. I have always detailed my own cars and I would have done a better job.”

“First, I was booked for a 10-12 window. I received a call that the first person backed out and they were looking for a new detailer. That person arrived around 12:30. It was an OK job, but my cup holders were still dirty, the door handles weren't cleaned. There was still split coffee on my seat. I asked about some fine scratches and was told that those could only be buffed out with the top of the line (8 hour package). I am confused because I thought this was one of the top of the line packages. Overall, disappointed.”
