“They did a really nice job but I did not know that vomit clean up was an added charge and or a separate charge. and that was the main thing that I was wanting to be clean up, and so i just requested the regular interior cleaning thinking that it was going to come with the regular interior cleaning. ”

“The person was late... Arrived approximately 1000. Since I had two vehicles done. The first was the dirtiest truck. When he was completed the man let me know so I went out there in garage to switch vehicles, the keys were missing he didn't show any concern. This vehicle is my son auto. Who has keys to my home, his home and his car. I used my spare key to move it. Then I called you guys about this concern and then he found them about one hour late(approx). I was so most concern that I called my son who was in New Zealand to make sure how many keys on the ring then I called my brothers to come over. You don't have to worry about me calling back. Thank you for this opportunity to express my displeasure”
