“Great and thorough work!”

“1. He told me my mats were still wet and he was going to go over them one more time to extract water. After he finished and I looked over the car, I asked where the mats were and he said in the back of my car. So I went and looked and decided to take them out to dry outside of car. They were so wet water was just pouring out of them, literally! There is no way he extracted anything from them. 2. He said there was something in the carpet that he needed a tool to get out. I asked where and when he showed me I scratched it with my nail and it crumbled right out. 3. After we had rain in Austin all the wax that he didn't rub off that wasn't visable when he finished showed up with white steaks all over car. 4. I said "and you will be cleaning my head lamps right? He said his buffer (I think that was the thing he needed) was not working but he would do his best. He was very nice but my car detailing was not worth $400.00”

“The two guys who showed up were very nice and I know they worked very hard. However, I mentioned twice when making the appointment that I was doing so because of a rotten hamburger smell in my car due to me spilling a tray of hamburger grease in the back seat. I told them about the smell, and you really can't miss it. But, it seems like they have a routine and just did the the same steps that they would normally do to clean the interior of a car thoroughly. It did smell better when they were done, but it was very temporary. By the time I got back to my car later that evening, it already had the hints of rotten meat again. And now I have to spray some odor removing spray every time I get in my car to prevent getting sick from the odor. So, the interiorior of my car is clean looking, but not clean smelling. I purchased the higher level interior cleaning, and I am somewhat disappointed that it still smells bad. ”
