“the work done on the detailing was fine. the process getting there was not! We provided credit card up front and the first two days were ignored. We were asked to resubmit (which i almost did not do) and then received a call stating a time and day...which differed from the email confirmation. then, the actual person doing the detailing showed up at 5:45 pm from a scheduled 2-4 pm window.
Lastly, the detailer accidentally pushed a button in the dash which triggered a warning light that took a couple hours to diagnose...
Again, the work itself was good, but getting there was bad.”

“My detailer arrived 90 minutes outside the arrival window which was mitigated a little by his calling and letting me know he was running late. This prevented me from being there to oversee his work and point out areas of concern however my wife was able to point out door jams that needed attention before he left and all was good. That said he was hard working and very pleasant to talk with. I am very pleased with the high quality of work. Would have been 5 stars except for minor issues I listed. My 10 year old well maintained car looks even better now so money well spent.”

“There was not much detailing put into the vechicle... more like a quick vacuum, wipe, spray. Still didnt remove the odor, which was the basis for the requested service. And still didnt remove a certain stain in the car. Next time i'll just use the money to buy the products and equipment, and do it myself .”

“Silvio worked really hard and my 15 year old car literally looks almost new. I had spills I thought were going to be permanent but they are gone! The pet hair treatment got rid of all my pets hair and I thothat was an impossibility as well. I've already recommended them to 2 family members and will use them again”
