“The entire top of the car was not waxed!!! The gentleman although nice was so morbidly obese I can see why. The teenager with him said the car was not claybarred. I have flagged this charge with AMEX. I assure you I am not making this up simply running your hand on the top makes it clear this was not done. Am enormously disappointed. Doug”
