“The car looks great, however they left trash and cigarette butts all over the driveway and even the lawn. Aren't they supposed to have a trash bag (or ask for one) to dispose of any trash items? I paid a lot of money for the service to have to walk around the yard afterward cleaning up trash.”

“I took the platinum as my car is small, I don’t permit smoking,eating,or pets in my car. I was expecting a shampoo that left my interior with a pleasant smell. As it smells blah, it is a 6 year old car. I take pride in my car. Take care of it. The compartment between front seats was not vacuum. I was not impressed. I was intending to overlook the job done. Yet the tech came over with his kid. I was not gonna leave out. I watch him in my house. My husband uses good wax and armor all for tires and interior even steering wheel. Rainex on my windows. He leaves the interior smelling good, and very shiny. When he is done with the wax it look like it came out of a showroom. This was nothing like that. Once he see it he will not be impressed either. My front plastic grill stained. There were some water marks. Tech said he used special water to avoid this. What I really am looking for is A good detail service with ceramic wax. I will not make use of your service ever again.”
