“They did a nice job on the wax, had to go back and show them where they missed some dirt on they roof. They missed dirt and didnt clean anything on the back door jamb. They did an ok job on the headlight restoration, came out good, maybe could have been better, but I'm happy with it. They broke a dash came I had set up in there, they tried to fix it with blue painter's tape, to try and hide it. ”

“The guy was great he had a lot of work to do . I thought the carpets and floor mats would have been steam cleaned never was I also asked for the headliner to be steamed cleaned . Windows were never done. He did a great job but after looking at what was supposed to be done I think I didn’t get what I paid for. He did an awesome job just think things were missed. Not to happy with things missed . But happy he did his best.”

“I paid for the Platinum service and this is what I got.
1. retainer for floor mat gone.
2. no clay bar. no hand applied wax, just some stuff they sprayed out of a bottle.
3. engine was not wiped down.
4. most of the windows are smeared. my 10 year old could do a better job.
5. they cleaned the cargo area and said there was glitter back there, fine but did they have to use the same towel or whatever to clean the seats. now all my seats have damn glitter on them.
6. piss poor job cleaning the carpets and mats. it looks like half the color is gone now.
I watched my security video of the whole thing and have the proof I need to pursue this further, which I will with my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau.
I e-mailed the clown that did the work and got no response back from him.
Detail is not worth the $269 you charged and I will never use you or recommend you to anyone I know.
